Monroe sports programs are designed to promote positive learning experiences for all student athletes. Below are links to information needed to enroll in these programs as well as game schedules and information about our team philosophy. Should you not be able to find what you are looking for please contact the webmaster for assistance.

Athletic Information Form & Code of Conduct

To enroll in a sports program, please complete the Athletic Information Form then review the Code of Conduct for academic eligibility and sportsmanship requirements. Below are the safety guidelines for each sport. Use these links to learn more and to indicate your understanding of the information. These forms are required when seeking to play a sport and must be completed prior to tryouts. Student athletes must receive a physical each calendar year to participate.

Communication is key to any successful program. Use this link for helpful information about communication between families and coaches.

Activity Bus: Local taxpayers provide the funds for bus service for students involved in after school event such as clubs, tutoring and sports. Each student must have an Activity Pass to board the bus. Buses do not provide door-to-door service but do make regional stops. Routes in the North, South and East and Maltby.

Fall Season – tryouts being in August and the schedule usually ends in November

Football
Tryouts begin August 15 with 9th graders starting tryouts on August 20. Check the Summer Opportunities link above for more information.

Girls Soccer
Varsity and JV teams usually play on the same days at different times. Tryouts begin on Monday, August 20. Check the Summer Opportunities link above for more information.

Boys Tennis
Tryouts begin on Monday, August 20. Check the Summer Opportunities link above for more information.

Cross Country
Co-ed team for participants from grades 9-12. Tryouts begin on Monday, August 20. Check the Summer Opportunities link above for more information.

Volleyball
Tryouts for the 2007 season will begin on Monday, August 20.

Winter Season – tryouts begin in Mid November and the season usually ends in February.

Middle School Sport Schedules

The goal of middle school sports is to provide as many students as possible the opportunity to participate on the field/floor. As teams compete for fields and gymnasium space for practice and games, middle school sports seasons vary from the high school sports seasons. Below is a season by season list to help families and students.

First Season
