Bus Transportation

Families that are eligible for transportation and would like to have their students ride the bus this year must fill out the online request. Only students who request transportation will be assigned bus stops and times. We ask that families submit their requests as soon as possible so that our transportation department can begin mapping their bus routes and making bus stop assignments. Students' bus stop locations and times will be available in Family Access and E-Link beginning August 21st.

Request Transportation Now!

Please note that bus stop information may change after August 21, as routes will be adjusted until school begins to accommodate students who sign up later. We recommend checking your bus stop details again a few days before school starts to confirm any updates.

Class Assignments/Schedules

Students' classroom assignments and schedules will be available in Family Access beginning August 21, 2025 (this does not apply to SVEC or LHS students & families). If you need assistance logging into your Family Access account, please reach out to your child's school.

Annual Update Requirement

To view your student’s schedule, families must first complete the 2025–26 Annual Update in Family Access. This process includes:

  • Reviewing and updating your student’s information
  • Completing required annual forms
  • Reviewing and acknowledging important district policies

We recommend completing the Annual Update now so you can access your student’s schedule as soon as it becomes available on August 21.

How to Complete the Annual Update

  1. Log in to your Family Access account.
  2. Click the red “2025–26 Annual Update” link on the left side of the screen.
  3. Complete all forms and acknowledgements.
  4. Be sure to click “Submit 2025–26 Annual Update” at the end of the process.
Schedules will only be viewable beginning August 21 once the update is fully submitted.

Elementary Families

This year, schedules are being released earlier than usual to allow middle and high school counseling offices more time to adjust schedules before the school year begins. Because Family Access cannot open secondary schedules without also opening elementary classroom assignments, elementary classroom assignments will also appear on August 21.

However, please note:

  • Elementary class assignments will not be finalized by August 21.
  • Assignments may change between August 21 and the end of August due to ongoing new student enrollments and class balancing.
  • Elementary teachers will send welcome letters via email once assignments are finalized by August 29.
  • Frank Wagner Elementary kindergarten families will receive separate communication regarding class placement at a later date.

Middle and High School Schedule Change Requests

Our middle and high school counseling teams do their very best to accommodate students’ course requests while also balancing class sizes. If a student’s schedule is missing a required class, has been placed in an incorrect class, has a duplicate class, or is in a class already completed, please reach out to your student’s counselor directly to request a schedule change:

School Meals

Breakfast and lunch will be available beginning on the first day of school.

Free/reduced meal applications for the 2025-26 school year are available now! Families will need to re-apply for free & reduced price meals each school year. More information and applications can be found here.

This year, school meals are free for students at Frank Wagner Elementary, Fryelands Elementary, and Leaders High School. These schools' qualification for free meals is based on the percentage of families with students attending that school who qualify as low-income. In order for these schools to continue to qualify for free meals, families are encouraged to fill out a Free & Reduced Price Meal Application each year. This applications also provides students access to fee waivers and other services.

Students who qualify for free or reduced meals are also eligible to have certain fees automatically waived each year. If your student qualifies for free or reduced price meals for the 2025‐26 school year and you would like to have their benefit eligibility status shared with school officials so that they may receive fee waivers, please complete the Consent to Share Form, found here. Questions? Please call our Business Office at (360) 804-2510.
