Join Us: Bond Information Kick-off Event on November 13!

School Construction Bond Information Kick-off Event: November 13, 5:30-7:00 pm

In February 2026, Monroe School District will ask local voters to consider a School Construction Bond to fund projects that ensure safe, modern, and adequate learning spaces for our students and community.

To help everyone understand the proposed projects and what this bond means for Monroe’s future, we’re hosting a Bond Information Kick-Off Event on Thursday, November 13, at Park Place Middle School.

  • Free Dinner at 5:30 p.m. – provided by our food service partner, Chartwells

  • Presentation at 6:00 p.m. – Superintendent Woodward will share details about each proposed project, why improvements are needed, and how school funding works — including the potential impact on local taxpayers if the bond is approved.

After the presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and take part in a community conversation about the future of our schools.

👉 RSVP today to help us plan for dinner and seating.
All families, staff, and community members are welcome — please share this invitation with your neighbors!

Can’t make the event? Visit our School Construction Bond webpage and sign up for MSD Connected, our district’s digital newsletter, to stay informed.

Thank you for your continued support of Monroe’s students and schools.
