Prevention and Wellness Community Survey of Adults

Community Prevention & Wellness Survey

If you are an adult who lives or works within the Monroe School District boundaries, the Monroe Community Coalition wants to hear from you!

The Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative community survey, from the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery at the Washington State Health Care Authority, is your chance to share what you’re seeing and experiencing when it comes to youth mental health, underage drinking, and substance use in our community. Your responses will help inform and improve the Monroe Community Coalition’s school-based prevention programs for Monroe’s youth.
The survey is only 21 short questions, is anonymous, and is open until the end of May.

Your input helps the Coalition:

  • Plan smarter
  • Invest in what works
  • Keep prevention and mental health efforts strong
