Monroe School District students and families are invited to our annual Resource Fair on August 26!

This event is designed to support families facing financial hardship by providing valuable back-to-school resources and services. Come connect with community partners and get prepared for a successful school year. Spanish interpreters will be available.

This event is for Monroe School District students and families only.

WHEN: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Park Place Middle School, 1408 W Main Street, Monroe 

Monroe School District staff will be available to help families with:

  • Filling out annual Free & Reduced Price Meal applications
  • Enrollment
  • Using Family Access

Free Vaccination Clinic
The Snohomish Health District will be offering FREE vaccinations for students to help families ensure their children are ready to start the school year. Vaccinations offered include: Tdap, DTap, MMR, Varicella, Polio, Meningococcal, HPV, Pneumococcal, Hep A and B. Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure space is available! Students must be currently enrolled in the Monroe School District and present at the Resource Fair to receive the resources provided by our community partners. Resources are only available while supplies last.

*Families must complete a Free & Reduced Price meal application or show proof of eligibility in order to receive a backpack filled with school supplies for each Monroe School District student in their family. Paper applications will be available at the Resource Fair in English & Spanish.
