Why Your Feedback Matters

Each year, we use the insights gathered through this survey—conducted via the Panorama platform—to guide meaningful improvements across our schools. The feedback helps us understand what’s working, what needs attention, and how we can create a stronger sense of belonging and well-being for every student and staff member.

Survey Participation & Goals

Students in grades 3–12 participate in the survey twice a year (fall and spring), while families and school staff are invited to participate each spring.

Based on last spring’s results, we set district-wide and school-specific goals focused on increasing students’ sense of belonging. Here’s a snapshot of our results and goals for this school year:

Grades 3–5

  • Spring 2024 Result: 67% reported a positive sense of belonging

  • Spring 2025 Goal: 70%

Grades 6–12

  • Spring 2024 Result: 42% reported a positive sense of belonging

  • Spring 2025 Goal: 45%

We are committed to open communication and continuous improvement. Once this spring’s results are in, we will share the data along with our updated goals and action plans for the 2025–26 school year.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your voice—your input truly makes a difference!
