As part of a collaborative effort to develop a strategic plan that is reflective of the diverse priorities and needs of the community we serve, we are seeking YOUR input. Once developed, our strategic plan will serve as our compass, guiding us towards common goals, uniting our staff, families, students, and community members around a shared vision for the district, and helping us allocate our limited resources efficiently.
This week, we held two Strategic Planning Community Input Listening Sessions - thank you to those who were able to attend! We heard many different perspectives and appreciate you taking time to share your input with us.
Your experiences, perspectives, and ideas are important to us and will help guide us in setting meaningful goals and priorities for the next five years. Therefore, we are providing another opportunity for you to share your input - this time via an online ThoughtExchange survey. This survey will be open until November 3 at 4:00 p.m.
About ThoughtExchange: ThoughtExchange is an easy-to-use, interactive online platform that allows you to share your thoughts anonymously - you can share as many thoughts as you want! It also allows you to read and rate whether you agree/disagree with the thoughts of others (5 stars = strongly agree, 1 star = strongly disagree). This helps us in understanding what our community collectively agrees is most important.
Please share your thoughts and rate at least 20-30 of the thoughts that others have shared. You do not need to rate all thoughts, though it's recommended to rate at least 20. Your participation is confidential, so no one will know who shared or rated which thoughts. Come back often until November 3 to rate new thoughts - you don’t have to enter a thought to rate the thoughts of others!
Your input is valued and appreciated!
Please be polite and respectful as you share and rate thoughts
