NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF 2018/2019 BUDGET

On Monday, August 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. (time revised on 8/2/18) a public review and hearing of the 2018/2019 district budget will be held.  The regular board meeting will immediately follow the adjournment of the budget hearing.

The Board of Directors of Monroe School District No. 103 will meet for the purpose of fixing and adopting the 2018/2019 district budget at their regular board meeting on Monday, August 27, 2018, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Both meetings will be held at the Administration Office, 200 East Fremont, Monroe, WA  98272.

Any person may appear at either meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budget.  A draft copy of the 2018/19 budget will be available at the District Administration Office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF 2018/2019 BUDGET and CHANGE OF START TIME FOR REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The Board of Directors of Monroe School District No. 103 will meet for the purpose of a public review and hearing of the 2018/2019 district budget at their regular board meeting on Monday, August 13, 2018.  The start time of the meeting will be moved to an earlier time. The meeting will now begin at 5:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Administration Office, 200 East Fremont, Monroe, WA  98272.

A draft copy of the 2018/2019 budget will be available at the District Administration Office.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

The Monroe School District Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, August 16, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. to interview candidates and select an appointee for the vacant board position in director district number one.  The meeting will be held at the Monroe School District Administration Office, 200 East Fremont, Monroe, Washington.  Portions of the meeting will be held in executive session.
