The Board of Directors of Monroe School District No. 103 will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking community input on the District’s 2018/19 General Fund and Capital Projects Fund Budget Extensions. Following the public hearing, the Board of Directors will meet for the purpose of adopting the proposed budget extension. The hearing & budget adoption will be conducted during the regular Board meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Maltby Elementary School.

Any person may appear at this meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budget extension requests. A copy of the 2018/19 General Fund and Capital Projects Fund Budget Extension will be available for public review at the Administration Building (200 East Fremont, Monroe, Washington) prior to the Board meeting.

This meeting will be held at Maltby Elementary School, 9700 212th Street SE, Snohomish, Washington. Portions of the regular meeting may be held in executive session.
