Meeting Notices

Per Policy 1400, written notice of a special meeting, stating the time and place of the special meeting and the business to be transacted will be posted on the district's website and notice will be provided to the district's newspaper of record. 

Any change to the regular meeting schedule will be made in the same manner as provided for special meetings.

All required notices must be delivered or posted not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting.

NOTICE OF CHANGE - ADDED EXECUTIVE SESSION

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Monroe School District   No. 103, Snohomish County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:00 pm at the Monroe School District Administrative Office and Community Center, located at 14692 179th Ave SE, Monroe, WA.

NOTE: On Monday, April 20, 2026, an Executive Session will be held from 4:20 PM - 4:50 PM

Anyone wishing to address the Board during the Public Comment portion of the meeting, whether attending in person or virtually, must complete a Public Comment Form and read and agree to the district’s Instructions for Public Comment prior to the Call of Order. The Instructions for Public Comment and Public Comment Form are available on the District's website at: https://www.monroe.wednet.edu/about/school-board/public-comments 

The Board does not respond to questions during the business meeting in order to comply with the State of Washington’s Open Public Meetings Act. The Board’s silence does not signal agreement or endorsement of the speaker’s remarks.
