Meeting Notices
Per Policy 1400, written notice of a special meeting, stating the time and place of the special meeting and the business to be transacted will be posted on the district's website and notice will be provided to the district's newspaper of record.
Any change to the regular meeting schedule will be made in the same manner as provided for special meetings.
All required notices must be delivered or posted not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND GENERAL FUND (GF) BUDGET EXTENSION ADOPTION
The Board of Directors of Monroe School District No. 103 will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking community input on the District's GF Budget Extension. Following the public hearing, the Board of Directors will meet for the purpose of adopting the proposed GF budget extension. The hearing & budget extension adoption will be conducted during the regular board meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5:00 pm, at the District Office Administration Building, 14692 179th Ave SE, Monroe, WA 98272. Any person may be heard for or against any part of the GF budget extension. A draft copy of the GF budget extension will be available on BoardDocs on Friday, August 21, 2026, or at the District Office Administration Building.
