Facility Improvements & Maintenance Projects
Even with the most conscientious maintenance, school buildings and properties naturally deteriorate over time. Roofs, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems eventually wear out, and upgrades are needed to maintain safe, efficient operations. Beyond basic upkeep, modern improvements also ensure that schools provide the best possible environments for students to learn and thrive.
Thanks to the voter-approved bond in 2015, Monroe School District was able to complete the most urgent facility improvements and maintenance projects across the district. These projects addressed safety, efficiency, and learning environments for students while protecting the community’s long-term investment in school facilities.
