• Meandering easterly and northerly on the Skykomish River to the 2020 Census city limits for Monroe on the eastern boundary of Section 11, Township 27, Range 06E.
• Clockwise on the 2020 Census city limits for Monroe to 177th Ave SE.
• Northerly on 177th Ave SE to 162nd St SE.
• East on 162nd St SE to 178th Ave SE.
• North on 178th Ave SE to 160th St SE.
• East on 160th St SE to 179th Ave SE.
• North on 179th Ave SE to SR 522.
• Northeast on SR 522 to US Hwy 2.
• Northwest on US Hwy 2 to the school district boundary.
• Counter-clockwise on the school district boundary to the Snoqualmie River after passing High Bridge Rd.
• Northeast on the Snoqualmie River to the point of the beginning.
