Thank you for your interest in the free sports physicals provided by the Monroe High School Sports Medicine Club! Registration is now closed, as all available spots have been filled.

We’re thrilled with the strong response and look forward to supporting our student-athletes this year. If your student still needs a sports physical, please contact your healthcare provider to ensure it’s completed before their athletic season begins.

All Monroe School District (MSD) students planning to participate in athletics at Hidden River Middle School, Park Place Middle School, or Monroe High School are invited to take advantage of this free event.

Event Details:

• Date: Monday, August 11th
• Time: Starting at 5:45 PM
• Location: Monroe High School – enter near the gym entrance
• Cost: FREE!
• Physicals are valid for two full years!

Whether your student is gearing up for their first season or their current physical is about to expire, this is a great opportunity to take care of an important requirement—at no cost to families.
