Banner Sponsorships
We are excited to offer your business the opportunity to support our student athletic and activity programs through the MHS Sponsorship Program for the 2025–2026 school year. This program offers tiered sponsorship packages that provide valuable visibility for your business across multiple platforms, including our athletic facilities, NFHS Network livestreams, and the new MHS Bearcats App.
Funds raised through this initiative will help with the following for the 2025-2026 school year:
-Pay off expenditures from the previous school year (e.g., a new wrestling mat cart, windscreens for the baseball field, a new discus cage net, etc)
-Replace the gymnasium scoreboard
- Begin Phase 1 of the gym sound system upgrade that will benefit both athletics and school-wide activities
-Cover annual costs such as reconditioning football helmets and fees (officials, membership, etc)
-Provide startup funding for two new athletic programs: Girls Flag Football and Unified Sports
-Boost the operating budgets of all MHS athletic and student activity programs
Sponsorship Levels
Platinum-$5,000
● 1 Scoreboard Banner — choose from: Gym, Stadium, Baseball, or Softball
● Priority logo placement in the MHS Bearcats App and sponsor page
● Logo on MHS Athletics website, home game announcements, social media recognition
● Logo featured on NFHS Network livestreams
● 8 passes for entry to all home athletic events, one showing of both the fall & spring drama production
● Limited to 12 sponsors (4 Gym, 4 Stadium, 2 Baseball & 2 Softball)
Gold-$2,500
● 1 Fence Banner (6' x 4') — choose from: Stadium, Baseball, or Softball
● Logo placement in the MHS Bearcats App and sponsor page
● Logo on MHS Athletics website, home game announcements, social media recognition
● 6 passes for entry to all home athletic events, one showing of the fall & spring drama production
● Subject to space availability at banner location
Silver-$1,000
● 1 Fence Banner (6' x 4') — choose from: Stadium, Baseball, or Softball
● Logo placement on the sponsor page in the MHS Bearcats App
● Logo on MHS Athletics website, home game announcements, social media recognition
● 4 passes for entry to all home athletic events, one showing of both the fall & spring drama production
● Subject to space availability at banner location
Terms of Agreement
- Sponsorships are one-year commitments and must be renewed annually to maintain banner and app visibility.
- Banners will be displayed at designated facilities from August through June of the 2025–2026 school year.
- Payment and logos must be received by July 28, 2025 to ensure banner production and installation before the new school year.
- Logos must be submitted in a high-resolution format suitable for printing (e.g. PDF or Vector). Logos need to be on a white background or transparent. Banners will be all white.
- MHS staff will follow up to confirm banner placement and design details.
- A copy of Monroe School District’s Board Policy Procedure 4237 is included with this packet. All sponsors are required to review and comply with the policy procedure as part of the sponsorship agreement.
