Sky Valley provides a variety of educational opportunities.

- Parent Partnership Program - Grades K-12
- Environmental Science School (ESS) - Grades 7-10
- STEM Program - Grades 6-8 (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- Excursion Program - Grades K-5
- Montessori Co-op Program - Grades K-10
- Personalized Learning - Grades 6-12
- Classical Co-op - Grades K-5
