College Planning: Getting an Early Start on Saturday, March 31st at the Monroe Library. This 90-minute class will be taught by education consultant Andrea Main of Main Education Consulting. Andrea will show attendees how to identify financially generous colleges and determine how much they will actually cost families – which isn't always evident from their websites! She'll also teach attendees how to look for colleges that will be a good fit for them academically, socially, philosophically, and financially. Attendees will learn how to strengthen their profiles to be stand-out candidates for admissions and scholarships.

This event is free and open to the students 8th-11th grades and their parents. We will provide free pizza to all attendees. We ask that students please register beforehand and tell us their dietary restrictions so that we can have enough pizza for everyone.

Here is a link to the event on our online calendar, where students and parents can register.
