If you wish to opt your child out of participating in state testing, please let us know as soon as possible.  There are a couple of different ways to let us know.

• A Monroe School District State Required Testing Annual Refusal Form is needed for each student opting out of state testing. Complete and save the form and return to the office in person or emailing it to Cammie Deasy, deasyc@monroe.wednet.edu.
  or
• Stop by the office to fill out the annual refusal form.
  or
• Email Cammie Deasy, deasyc@monroe.wednet.edu providing her with the following information:
  • Student(s) Name
  • Grade level(s)
  • Test(s) they are opting out of (ELA, Math or Science)
  • Reason for opting out.
• You can always opt back in if you change your mind.
