Salem Woods Elementary School believes in the development of lifelong learners who can confidently meet the demands of an ever-changing world. We are dedicated to academic challenge and success for every student. Our aim is that each student gains knowledge and skills, works cooperatively with others, and develops feelings of self-worth.

Salem Woods Elementary School's current building was built in 1980. A single classroom was added in 1987, and the school was renovated in 1999. The current building is 38,338 square feet and sits on approximately 10.09 acres. There are 20 classrooms and three portables with a total capacity of 543 students. Additionally, Salem Woods has an irrigated grass play field and baseball field, a soft surface play area, and a concrete play area.
